GrapeGurl: Good morning Mark. I'm not really an early bird but I get up early to get my girls ready for school. Otherwise I'd sleep in as late as I could. :P

GrapeGurl: Yes, I have some family in Houston and I need to find out if they are heading out or staying home. I know they're evacuating Galveston but I haven't heard anything recently about Houston.
Guess I need to turn the news on.

I work for a USA based packaging company that specialises in Bag-in-Box packaging. I'm jointly responsible for a division within the company that offers our customers an intergrated packaging and logistics solution.
I've been lucky enough on my travels to visit some of the worlds most amazing vineyards in Australia, New Zealand, Argentina, Chile, Spain and England!
By the way, I'm not from Montana USA, it's just a favourite brand!

Really liking Malbec at the moment too!.
I have just tried "Barefoot" Merlot from Modesto CA (I believe). A little sharp at first taste, but there's nice blackberry, cherry and chocolate flavours that follow through...really well priced for easy drinking too. Gonna go for a Cab next time.
Favorite Table Wine
I like red and white for dinner!

Quite often a good wine is a great wine when paired with the right food. Some food and wine pairings are quite obvious where as others are often illusive. Are you planning a dinner and want to see what wine would go best with it? Have you had a great meal that was perfectly paired with a wine? Please share it so we can all enjoy the wine pairing.
A group for those in the UK to discuss what's out there that you recommend, or even those wines you think are "bleugh". What's your fav wine? Where do you normally buy your wine? What's a current bargain out there?
This group will be for all UK members to share their thoughts.
Welcome to the Virtual Wine Tasting Club. Every month in our online wine tasting series we will taste a different wine and post our tasting notes. In advance, if possible, please post the wine you will be trying that fits the tasting. The tasting will last one month so you can taste and post your notes in that time frame. Please ask questions about the wine we're tasting, post recommendations for future wine tastings and make this online wine tasting group a wonderful, interactive, informative wine discussion.
This group is for everyone. Check in here to meet one another, talk about your favorite wine, restaurants, outings, travels, and/or just get to know the others who belong to Must Love Wine. We already know we have one thing in common, we all love wine.
