This was a dinner that I prepared tonight.
Steam Lobsters over Long Lake 2010 Pinot Grigio, remove lobsters and reduce Pinot with butter. Shell Lobsters, pour reduction over lobsters. Soak up the left over reduction with a baguette. Wash down with a Foxglove 2009 Chardonnay. Now that was a great dinner. YUMMMM
Bob692Sully, have you tried St. John's Wort, works on mild depression, but like medicine it is an every day pill. Without the side effects of big pharm meds.

Bob692Thanks Mark, as you know we all keep learning about Wine and Food. With over 100,000 different wines being produced world wide each year we have to relie on each other for information. I know I can't taste that many. lol
