Kir ROYAL if I have to.Kir IMPERIAL as well. The Bellini is gross since I find Prosecco a joke. But Champagne tout court really is my drink.

(recently saw an idiot put a chocolate-covered strawberry into his flute, ugh).
Thank you, Comicshop, for making the distinction -- not all that sparkles is Champagne. Though I suspect some would fault you for not capitalizing the word Champagne.

Frozen peach slices were my favorite, but I haven't done that in years. Might try it again on the next hot day. You could also achieve the same effect by freezing orange juice or other ingredients. Or even other wines. But not using good Champagne! If God meant for us to adulterate Champagne, he wouldn't have filled it with stars.
