I developed a passion for wine and food early on. My parents instilled in me a love for food by introducing me to cuisines found in various cultures. Thanks to my father, I have acquired a strong palate. My interest in wine started in High School when my uncle used to let me browse his wine cellar and pick out the wine that we would serve with dinner. However, in the past four years my enthusiasm for wine has grown by discovering new varietals and regions through readings, traveling and frequenting local wine bars. I am always looking to further my education in wine and I will be taking a course in the fall to obtain an intermediate certification from the Wine and Spirit Education Trust.

It would be a dream if I could have a career in the wine industry... I am working on it... owning a wine bar is a long term goal

I currently work in the marketing industry. In my free time I enjoy cooking, discovering new restaurants, going to Disneyland, watching television, reading a good book, hanging out with my boyfriend and enjoying a glass of wine! Cheers!
