If you can't login, check to make sure that your "caps lock" key is off. Your username and password are CaSe SeNsItIvE. If you are sure the info is correct it maybe that your browser has cached a page incorrectly and preventing the page from displaying properly. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies and this should clear the issue. If you still cannot login, you can request to reset your password or contact us.

If you are aboslutely sure that you want to delete your account, you can do so here. Please note that your account will be permanently deleted and irrecoverable!

To update your profile, you must visit the Edit Profile page. You can move through the different parts of your profile by clicking the tabs at the top of the page.

If the administrator has enabled it, you can make your profile private by visiting the Profile Privacy page.

You can block people by adding their username to your blocked users list. Visit the Account Settings page to learn more about how to block people.

If you profile page is publicly viewable your profile may well become indexed by Google, Yahoo, Ask or any other search engine. Making your profile private after it has been indexed may not result in a search engine excluding your profile page from search results.

The site runs based on server time which is Los Angeles, California, USA time. At signup you are asked to select your time zone. If you did not select your time zone then try to post an event beginning at 7:00pm on the east coast this event will show up as starting at 4:00pm. To adjust your time zone please change the setting by clicking here.

Once in a while a spammer will sign up and we delete their account as fast as we can. Upon deletion of their account anything they sent or posted is automatically deleted. If you wish you can turn off email notifications in the settings tab.

Messages to another member are restricted to members who are in your friends list. Messages to a member not in your friend list are not allowed.

To avoid abuse of the invite feature it is set to a max of 10 invites per run. If you added 25 emails to the invite box only the first 10 are sent.

With Internet Explorer 8 Release Candidate 1 (IE8) now out we recommend that in IE8 you go to the 'Page" drop down menu (located near the top right of the browser window in IE8) and select "compatibility view" from that menu.
