Schramsberg is the absolute best American Sparkling wine producer in my mind. I don't think I've ever been dissapointed and this is no exception. Nose of Almonds and some coconut with a little bit of pear mixed in. Very crisp but that gave way to a nice smooth, slightly creamy finish. 91/100
