  Just wanted to make sure that Texas was well represented here in the group. I have found some very good wines that are made right here in Texas. And have visited about 25 wineries here in the Lone Star State. (There is now over 200 wineries)
  Would love to get a few opinions and recommendations on good Texas wine.

  So Jzak, where have you visited? There are 4 wineries right here in Dallas within a 25 mile radius of each other that hold regular Road Trips - the next one is scheduled for the Labor Day Weekend.

  I unfortunately work weekends right now so can't go, but can highly recommend all 4. Each one is unique & different...

  I work Weekends as well. I travel allot throughout Texas so I get the oppourtunity to visit many of the wineries in Texas (some good some bad) I think I have been to almost 30 now (I wish I had used the Texas Wine Passport because now I would be getting into the elite category with like some pretty cool perks)
  The only Winery I have been to in the DFW area is Landon which I wished I would have never gone. You can see my review of the place on Yelp if you want to know what that was like :)
