Everybody has their favorites -- places where the food is second, and the wine comes first. The list is massive, or maybe it's small but interesting. Looking for suggestions of new places to try. I'll show you mine if you show me yours...
Gaia, Greenwich (currently closed for renovations, but g'damn that's a big list. A little somethin' for everybody) Ferrante, Stamford (Heavy leaning on the Northern Italian, but ever pair pasta with vintage Burgundy?) State St. Bistro, Bridgeport (True "bistro" selection -- short list, inexpensive wines, but all fairly remarkable) 116 Crown, New Haven (interesting, small production wines with a leaning towards young producers re-crafting the Old World)
