Not the country the wine region. It's part of the Great Southern Wine Zone in Western Australia.
Last Night I enjoyed a couple of bottles of West Cape Howe Tempranillo with friends at the Tuesday steak night at the local pub.
The wine went well with the grilled steak and chips. Like all good temps it had a lovely fruity-sweet middle palate but finished dry. It is another fine example of the growing
list of Tempranillo wines made in Australia.
An other MLWers with a favourite Tempranillo?
