Category: Wine Review
Color - Deep garnet red in color. Good clarity.
Purchased - Bens in Reno, NV - $24.99
Nose - Black cherry, plum and some spice.
Taste - Ripe cherries, red currant with hints of spice and cedar. Moderate acidity, distinguished tannins. Silky mouthfeel. Nice finish that was pretty long and dry.
Notes - A very good example of well made NZ Pinot Noir. Good QPR. Well worth buying and enjoying. This wine should also age quite nicely.
