By the way I'm 33 years old, married for nearly 3 years with the 1st child to arrive on november 1st : it's a boy :-)))

At the beginning I studied Hotel Management in the Institut Vatel in Paris. I enterred for kitchen and finished 2nd of my promotion : the promotion of GUY SAVOY and got out with service, management, marketing,... and OENOLOGY :o)

After working in the hospitality industry for 12 years I was tired of not being able to see my wife and my friends and not getting any money for this sacrifice. I really enjoyed working for companies such as Hotel Royal Monceau - Four Seasons George V in Paris - Novotel in NYC and in Madrid Spain and living in countries such as Nigeria - Malaysia - Zaïre - Cuba - Spain...

Now my office is at home and my job is mainly to go and visit former employers or former team-mates and sell them wine ;-)

As you understood I love food & beverages but not only... I'm an angler (fly fisher) with some nice catches lately...And I play tennis and love snowboarding in the winter... When the weather is really bad I stay at home call some friends and we play...station with a nice bottle of wine ;-)

The one I can share with friends around a table with nice food...
